Based in the heart of Manchester, Betable Group are a team with knowledge and dedication to both online gaming and fintech solutions.  

We are responsible for delivering top-class online gaming experiences for customers of over 100 online casino and bingo sites both in Great Britain and internationally.  

We also have our own cutting-edge iGaming platform which hosts an array of casinos which enables them to operate as well as an exciting new payment solution which handles high volumes of payment transactions. 

As we are a fast-paced business, the Executive Assistant (EA) will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to directors within our organisation enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and this role will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. 

The EA will handle various tasks to streamline work and communications. As an individual contributor, you will provide personalised assistance, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. You will handle all communications, scheduling and complex tasks with a high level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Job requirements

Responsibilities 

 

  • Extensive calendar and diary management 

  • Managing email inboxes and sending responses when required 

  • Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments 

  • Reminding Directors of important tasks and deadlines 

  • Personal assistance as and when required  

  • Arranging travel and booking accommodation 

  • Providing general administrative support 

  • Preparing letters and documentation when required 

  • Liaising with clients, colleagues and other EAs 

  • Greeting visitors and clients 

  • Administrative management and oversight of business projects 

  • Attending meetings and recording minutes 

  • Taking meetings and reporting back with actions 

  • Involvement with interviewing, hiring and training staff 

  • Assisting our office manager with the general running of the office 

  • Arranging dinners and social events  

  • Hybrid Working – Office attendance, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

Essential Skills  

  • High level of flexibility and adaptability is essential  

  • The aptitude to build relationships across all levels of the business including senior management and executives, as well as external contacts. 

  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position 

  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures 

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 

  • Proficiency in English 

  • Exemplary planning and time management skills 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload 

  • High level verbal and written communications skills 

  • Discretion and confidentiality 

  • Full UK Driving License.
