We’re looking for a CRM Manager (Sportsbook) to take full ownership of our Sports CRM strategy from the ground up. This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to step into management, build out a new vertical, and make a real commercial impact. 

 

You’ll be responsible for owning the end-to-end Sportsbook CRM calendar, delivering timely, targeted campaigns aligned with product releases, seasonal sporting events, and key fixtures.

 

Working closely with teams across Sportsbook, Product and Design, you’ll ensure all activity is insight-led, optimised for performance, and aligned with CRM best practices around segmentation, testing and compliance.

 

Your focus will be on driving engagement, improving retention, and encouraging cross-sell to Casino, while also helping to shape the long-term Sports CRM strategy to grow customer lifetime value and support wider business goals.  

 

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build from launch, own and manage the Sportsbook CRM calendar, ensuring campaigns are timed around fixtures, product launches and key sporting moments 

  • Plan, build and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, onsite) tailored to Sportsbook audiences 

  • Work closely with Sportsbook and Operations teams to ensure CRM activity supports promotions, product features, and pricing strategies 

  • Drive cross-sell into Casino by leveraging high-impact sporting events and player behaviour insights 

  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance through regular analysis of engagement, conversion and retention metrics 

  • Apply CRM best practices, including effective segmentation, personalisation, testing and automation 

  • Manage and support a CRM Assistant or Executive, providing guidance, development and performance oversight 

Skills and Experience 

  • Genuine passion for sport, with a strong understanding of major events, leagues and customer behaviour around key fixtures 

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in CRM within iGaming or a fast-paced digital B2C environment, ideally with a focus on Sportsbook 

  • Strong track record in planning and delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, onsite) using segmentation and personalisation 

  • Commercially driven, with the ability to influence retention, engagement and cross-sell performance through CRM activity 

  • Confident interpreting campaign data and applying insights to optimise future performance 

  • Experience mentoring or managing CRM Assistants or Executives, with a focus on development, support and delivery standards 

  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally with Sportsbook, Design, Data and Compliance teams 

  • Confident managing relationships at all levels, from C-suite stakeholders to external partners 

  • Experience with Optimove is not essential but would be a strong advantage
