Reporting directly to the Head of Casino CRM, the successful candidate will be responsible for designs and development of marketing materials, including web pages, banners, buttons, pop ups, skyscrapers and other rich media as well as developing printed media such as brochures, exhibition stands and other corporate literature.

·       Working alongside the CRM Casino department and taking the lead on all things creative in that space.

·       Working with the head of Casino CRM to understand and establish SLAs.

·       Workload will be split 80% CRM Casino & 20% business needs.

·       Design of email marketing and marketing campaign materials.  

·       Design and development of supporting external site content such as mini-sites and white-label sites.  

·       Research and development of innovative marketing methods.  

·       Assessing competitive innovations and making appropriate recommendations.  

·       Assisting marketing team with affiliate strategy implementation.  

·       Working with the business to ensure that all designs maintain brand consistency. 

·       Creating and delivering offline marketing campaigns including direct mail, print as well as peripherals such as flyers and business cards.  

·       Being a brand advocate for Betable and its partnering brands.  

 

Essential Skills

·       Experience of interactive design and communication principles, delivery systems, processes, and user interface design essential.  

  • Knowledge of design layout and graphic fundamentals, typography and limitations on the web essential.  

  • Firm understanding of company brand development and compliance essential.  

  • High level of experience with standard industry software such Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma essential

  • Ability to make sound, creative/design decisions/judgments essential.  

  • Ability to create design patterns, elements and templates to produce assets efficiently

  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as having strong communication skills essential.

  • Organised with the ability to prioritise and schedule work assignments is essential.
